Hooray! The holidays are here, and I have a new layout! I finally feel like I have something that I can work with. It's probably always going to stay in this format from now on, just because it's convenient and maleable, but not so maleable that it becomes a burden. I guess I like it when I have options, but not that many. I like to change things, but sometimes it gets annoying when EVERYTHING has to change. That won't have to happen here anymore.
I don't know why, but I thought Brad would be an appropriate 'featurette' for the layout. He's everywhere these days: in the magazines, in the movies, doing good deeds for the world, raising a family... I'm not saying he's absolutely amazing because he's a celebrity (well, let's face it, he's THE STAR of Hollywood) but the charity work he's involved in is pretty admirable.
Anyway, the new layout is here to stay, and I am very happy because I finally made it work properly in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, which means it should look fine in all other browsers as well.
As for actual updates, I only have one other real one besides the Pitt layout. Quite a while back I made another batch of Timothy Olyphant icons, back when Catch and Release was still new on DVD. Now that we've seen him in movies like Hitman and Live Free or Die Hard, he should be appreciated even more.
Oh, in case you're wondering, the goofy looking lady in the black and white picture is Ellen Degeneres. She makes me laugh, and since Christmas is about being happy, I thought it appropriate to have that little snipped of her here.
In other, more virtual news, I do plan on updating this site more in the days to come. I am on break, and although I have a boatload of other things to do (like catching up with homework and applying to college) I do have a lot of things to add here. I have a couple of fan fiction stories that I haven't added, and a new collage is also being started. To sum up I should say that updates should be happening daily from now until New Year's.
The problem is that I also have to updated the Site of Stuff. There are a score of things that I actually have to add to it. People in Grobania are very, very busy these days.
Another exciting piece of news is that I think I'm going to start joining fanlisting websites. Two weeks ago I heard back from Smartass, a Tim Olyphant fanlisting, who added me.
